I've been into fitness my whole life. I played soccer growing up and that was really the first time I understood what it meant to train hard and show up even when you didn't feel like it.
After college I was kind of lost. I went to Penn State, got my degree in Economics, and had no clue what to do with it. But the gym was always the one thing that made me feel good. It kept me grounded when everything else felt uncertain.
So I went all in. I got my ACE certification in 2016, competed in NPC Bikini, got my Nutrition and Weight Management certs, and started training people. That was ten years ago. I haven't looked back.
I started Phoenix Evolution Training because I was tired of watching people put in effort with no real plan behind it. I've been that person. I know what it's like to work hard and not see it pay off because nobody showed you the right way to do it. That's what I'm here for.
